How to apply

🔔 Update on Recruitment 
The recruitment for students from the University of Malta and the University of Split is now closed — all available places have been filled.
There are still open spots for students from the University of Gdańsk, and the recruitment for UG students will remain open until 21 November 2025.
If you are a UG student interested in joining the Peer-Tutor Training, please apply using the online form and follow the instructions provided below.
Recruitment for the Peer-Tutor Training (1–5 December 2025, University of Gdańsk, Poland) is open exclusively to students from the University of Malta, the University of Split, and the University of Gdańsk.

Eligibility criteria include:

  • being a registered student of the University of Malta, the University of Split, or the University of GdaĹ„sk,
  • enrolment in a full-time degree programme (Bachelor’s: min. 3rd semester; Master’s: min. 1st semester, as of December 2025),
  • sufficient proficiency in English,
  • motivation and readiness to take part in follow-up activities (peer-tutoring at your home university, surveys, conference participation).

How to apply:

Selected candidates will be informed by email. Please ensure you provide a correct and active email address, as it will be the main communication channel.
Documents required from selected participants
Candidates qualified for the Peer-EDU project – “Transformation of Competencies at the University: Peer-Tutoring as a Key Element of Student Development Support” are required to fill in, sign, and send all the documents listed below (in hard copy) to the Organiser by post as soon as possible, and no later than within two weeks from the announcement of results.

Required documents:

  1. Agreement between the University of Gdańsk and the Participant of the Peer-EDU Project
  2. Statement of the Project Participant
  3. Additional Consent of the Participant to the Processing of Data
